You never get used to the noise, you've lost some of your hearing, which is why it is so important to look after what you have left, we can't bring back what you've lost. Try using a lower attenuating product - whisper xcap to allow you good speech recognition.

Hearing protection is proven not to cause ear infections, even if inserted with dirty hands. The rule of thumb is, if the dirt hasn't affected the skin on your hands, it won't affect the skin in your ears and you have the added benefit of Ear Wax which is your ears natural defence. Try using a product which doesn't require rolling, such as whisper, or x-cap.

You are probably over protected with the product you are wearing, try to use a product that doesn't reduce you below 70 db, such as x-cap, or whisper.

You are probably using a product thats not suitable for you personally, in the same way that we can't all wear the same footwear, we can't all wear the same hearing protection. Try using a different product in our range.

Put the Uvex dispenser up at all entrances to the noisy environment, or the clear perspex box for other products.
